This 150-mv Weston Model 1 millivoltmeter serial No. 50338, was purchased in 1931 for general use in Penn State Engineering program. It is an early example of the type of permanent-magnet moving-coil DC indicating instrument invented by Edward Weston around 1888.

Meter has original wooden storage case along with calibration paperwork from Penn State college with its provenance.
