The Bayou Classic 60 Quart Aluminum Stock Pot includes the 60 quart stock pot basket and stock pot lid. The 60 Quart Aluminum Stock Pot differs from our larger stock pots. This stock pot is also considered a steaming pot and lobster pot due to its steaming capabilities. The aluminum stock pot has an indention which holds the stock pot basket off the bottom. This gives you about two inches in the bottom for your liquid for perfect steaming. The Bayou Classic 60 Quart Stock Pot is the perfect addition to any cooking environment. This stock pot is one of the highest quality aluminum stock pots on the market today. It features a vented lid and heavy duty riveted handles. Use the included 60 quart stock pot basket for frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies; steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Uses for the 60 quart stock pot without the basket includes boiling soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya and low country boils. The Bayou Classic 60 Quart Stock Pot measures 17" x 18". The 60 quart stock pot basket measures 15-1/2" x 14".
