First edition, seventh printing hardcover copy of The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna translated and with introduction by Swami Nikhilananda and foreword by Aldous Huxley (Ramakrishna Vivekananda Center, 1984). This edition first published in 1942. With illustrations and photographs. Jacket protected in new archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including small tears and creases. Discolored areas from sticker removal to bottom right corner of back cover and top right corner of front liner flap. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. Text block sags slightly at top of book and binding mildly split in a few places. Some highlighting, underlining and margin notes, most consistently significantly towards beginning of book.
