Includes original lens carrying hard case. No caps. Lens has built-in hood. S/N 5017842, Made in Japan. Net weight 1lb.
Very good cosmetic condition with some light scratches/scuffs on the housing. Some marking letters fading or missing. Lens glass is clear but does show one very light scratch on front element(hardly noticeable, see picture #4). This doesn't seem to affect image quality. No haze, fog or fungus inside. Apertures blades are dry and move freely.
Tested on Pentax Q mirrorless dSLR with adapter(not included).
Last picture was taken by this lens. Camera on tripod, M mode, with camera's built-in flash. Lens set on f/5.6.
