Vintage 1949 handmade studio pottery turtle figurine on round base, about 5 by 3 inches and 4 inches tall, 1 lb 8 oz, green textured shell and brown body, signed in pencil with 3/11/49 date on underside. Overall solid condition with glaze skips, pinholes, and small surface marks from firing and age, decorative shelf piece.
